Dreamsport Performance: built to be found in Sanger and booked from anywhere.

Coach Logan Tovey trains people in a private studio in Sanger, Texas, and coaches others live over video from anywhere in the country. We built the brand system around his logo, the website, the local search presence, and the systems that keep every lead in one place.

The situation

One coach, three kinds of client.

Before
No website. Personal social accounts only.
Now
Seven pages, a Google Business Profile, Yelp and Bing listings, and business social accounts.

When Logan came to us, Dreamsport had no website and no business social accounts. New clients found him through referrals and his personal profiles, which says a lot about his coaching and very little about how a stranger would find him.

Most personal trainers sell one thing to one town. Logan sells three ways to train, and each one has its own client.

The first lives within driving distance of his private training studio in Sanger, Texas. They find a trainer the way most people find a dentist: a phone, the words “near me,” and the map results Google shows first. The trainers in that map get the calls.

The second wants live online fitness coaching: a real coach watching every rep over Zoom, from anywhere in the country.

The third wants personalized workout plans to run on their own schedule, with weekly check-ins and filmed lift reviews. For these last two, location never enters the search. They’re deciding whether to trust a coach they may only ever meet through a screen.

Online programming

Three ways to train, three kinds of client, and the search each one actually types.

The approach

What we recommended, and why.

  1. Give every way to train its own page.

We proposed the split after Logan walked us through how he actually works with clients, and his feedback shaped where the lines fell. Studio sessions, live virtual coaching and online programming serve different people who search with different words. One services page would make all three compete for the same attention. Three focused pages let each one answer its own buyer’s questions, and let Google match each page to the searches that fit it.

  2. Aim the local work at Sanger and the online pages at everyone else.

The Google Business Profile, citations and structured data all point at Sanger and the towns around it, because the map is where local clients decide. The virtual pages are written for people anywhere, because someone training from their living room in another state is choosing a coach, and Sanger is just where he happens to be. Same foundation, scoped to where each customer actually is.

  3. Give his logo a color story.

Logan already had a wordmark he liked, in black, white and grays. A site needs more range than that, and the brand needed to look more like him. He’s proudly patriotic, so we built the palette as a quiet nod to the flag: deep navy, crimson and silver, the flag’s colors in a darker, quieter register. It reads honest and hardworking before anyone notices why.

  4. Keep the systems simple.

Logan runs his business his own way, and it works. So we built the systems around his process, with just enough automation to give him visibility and keep every lead organized.

The work

What we built.

The Forged system: Logan’s silver Dreamsport Performance wordmark on deep navy, five color swatches from abyss to silver, and Oswald and Inter type samples

Brand

The Forged system.

We presented Logan three directions and recommended the one we called Forged: navy as the foundation for trust, crimson saved for the moments that ask someone to act, and silver to tie his existing wordmark into the rest. Headlines are set in Oswald, whose condensed capitals carry the weight of gym signage; Inter keeps the longer explanations easy to read on a phone between sets.

Website

A personal trainer website with a clear path for every buyer.

Seven pages, built mobile-first on WordPress, and Logan owns every one of them. The homepage sends each visitor down one of three paths, and every path ends at a booking step. Coach Logan Tovey gets a full about page, because trust is the whole sale when you’re choosing someone to coach you for months.

Local search

On the map in Sanger.

We set up and optimized his Google Business Profile (categories, services, hours, photos and description), then listed the business on Yelp and Bing Places with a matching name and phone, and had Logan open business accounts on social. On the site, LocalBusiness and Service structured data matches the profile exactly, so Google sees one business, described the same way everywhere.

Business systems

Every lead in one place.

Every form submission does three things at once: the new lead gets an email, Logan gets one, and the lead lands in his GoHighLevel pipeline. Forty-five days later, the system asks for a Google review on its own. That’s the whole build, on purpose: Logan sees who’s interested and where they stand, and his workday looks the way it did before.

Print and digital

Where local families gather.

Logan sponsors two high school programs, so we designed the pieces for each room. At Valley View, a 4-by-4-foot field sign built to read from the bleachers, plus a half-page ad in the game day program with a QR code and his 5.0 rating. At Denton High, a slide for the 4K screen in the gym during volleyball home matches, where the stands are full of parents and grandparents, the same crowd most of his reviews come from. Every piece uses the Forged palette and his real wordmark, so a family that sees both schools sees one brand.

In Logan’s words

★★★★★Google review
“Fotizo Media is the resource your business needs to compete and succeed in the modern marketplace. As technology has evolved — so should your approach to web development, digital marketing, and analytics. Great minds, great customer service. Can’t recommend strongly enough!”

In progress

What’s coming next.

Two new pages are in progress: one for adults over 50 who want to get stronger and move without pain, and one for young athletes building toward their next season. They’re aimed at the same two people the sponsorships reach in the stands: the parent shopping for their athlete, and the parent or grandparent shopping for themselves. Each page gets the same treatment as the rest of the site: its own buyer, its own questions answered, its own path to booking.
