Is the first conversation free?
Yes. It's a conversation, not a billable consult. If the honest answer is that you don't need us yet, that's what we'll tell you.
What if I don't know what I need?
Most people don’t arrive with a scope: they arrive with a symptom. “The phone stopped ringing,” “my site looks ancient,” “I'm drowning in follow-up.” Start there; the diagnosis is our job.
Will I get put on an email list?
No. Writing to us gets you a reply from a person, not a nurture sequence. We won't add you to anything you didn't ask for.
Can we just talk on the phone?
