A founder reads it, we look at what’s publicly visible about your business, and you get a real reply within one business day with what we noticed and what we’d do first. If a conversation makes sense, we’ll suggest times.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The first conversation is free, and if the honest answer is that you don’t need us yet, that’s what we’ll tell you.
What if I don't know what I need?
Most people arrive with a symptom: “the phone stopped ringing,” “my site looks ancient,” “I’m drowning in follow-up.” Start there; the diagnosis is our job.
Will I get put on an email list?
No. You’ll get the confirmation email and a real reply from Sahen or Tielyr. Anything more, you’d have to ask for.
Can we just talk on the phone?
Absolutely. Say so in your message and suggest a couple of times that work, and we’ll confirm one. Or skip the form and call (541) 972-0285 directly.
