Marketing, illuminated.

Turn the lights on for your small business.

Fotizo means to illuminate. We show small-business owners what's actually working, what isn't, and what’s coming. Then we run the work that acts on it. Either as a specific project, or as an ongoing partnership.

Built by an eleven-year industry operator. No contracts. Your assets stay yours.

Built on tools you can trust

The problem

Most small-business owners are operating in the dark.

The cost isn't usually the marketing — it's the not-knowing. Tools that don't talk to each other. Reports nobody can read. Vendors who go quiet between invoices. And the constant low-grade question: is any of this even working?

“My tools don't talk to each other.”

CRM here, email there, social scheduler somewhere else, booking system in a fourth place, reviews managed manually. Six logins, six dashboards, none of them connected. Information lives in silos and customers fall through the gaps.

“My reports don't tell me anything.”

Every month brings a PDF full of numbers without context. Impressions are up; sales aren't. Bounce rate dropped; nobody can say what that means. The data is there. The insight isn't.

“I only hear from my agency at renewal.”

A campaign launched. Now what? Months go by without a proactive update: no analysis, no recommendations, no signal that anyone’s watching. You're paying for partnership and getting service.

There's a different way to do this. We call it turning the lights on.

The Fotizo answer

What turning the lights on actually looks like.

Four things, in this order. Each one answers something most small-business agencies don't. They’re not new ideas. They’re what every small business deserves to expect from a marketing partner. We just refuse to skip any of them.

Visibility

Illuminate.

We make it visible before we make it move.

You shouldn't have to guess whether your marketing is working. We make it visible: what’s happening, what’s working, what isn’t, and why. Before any tactic, we turn the lights on.

Systems

Integrate.

One connected system, not seven dashboards.

Seven dashboards isn’t a marketing system. It’s a stack of disconnected tools wearing a costume. Where the work calls for it, Fotizo replaces the patchwork with one connected system that lets the parts reinforce each other.

Foresight

Anticipate.

We look ahead, not just at what already happened.

Most agency reports only tell you what already happened. We study your data, your seasonality, and your market to tell you what’s likely coming and what to do about it. You don't just get numbers: you get the insight and the recommendation that would normally cost you a full-time strategist.

Alignment

Partner.

Our work and results act as the contract.

Fotizo isn't a project shop and isn't a contract-locked retainer. We work as a real partner. Choose the engagement that fits where you are, and we run the work as long as the relationship is the right fit. No contracts. No black box.

Two first-class doors

Pick the door that fits where you are.

Both are real engagements. Neither is a funnel for the other. Hire us for a specific project and walk away when it’s done. That’s a complete relationship. Or take The Fotizo Method as an ongoing partnership and let us run the whole marketing system alongside you. Different fits, same standard of work.

Door 1 — Project Work

Specific projects.

Hire us for what you need. Nothing you don't.

For businesses with a discrete need: a new website, a local SEO program, social media management, paid digital advertising, photo and video, business solutions. Each service has its own scope and pricing conversation. A complete project is a complete relationship. We’re good with that.

What we build as projects

  • Websites & Local SEO
  • Social Media Management
  • Photo, Video & Digital Ads
  • Business Solutions & GoHighLevel setup

Door 2 — Ongoing Partnership

The Fotizo Method.

An ongoing partnership that flexes to your business: your stage, your budget, your speed.

For businesses that want a real marketing partner running alongside them. Calibrated to where you are: comprehensive when the situation calls for it, foundation-focused when it doesn't. Continuous monitoring, not just monthly reports. Insights, not just numbers. No locked-in contracts.

What an ongoing partnership includes

  • A diagnostic that fits your stage
  • Continuous monitoring & proactive insight
  • The full marketing system, run end-to-end
  • Month-to-month services. Build costs can spread into a payment plan, never a lock-in

What we won't do

What we won't do — and why.

Most agencies hide the rules of the engagement until you've committed. We put ours on the homepage. Four things Fotizo refuses to do, and the reasons we refuse them.

We don’t do auto-renewing annual contracts.

We work on agreements. If you ever feel like we’re not the right fit, you can leave amicably. We don't believe in holding clients hostage. And we don’t need to, because if we're doing our job, you'll want to stay.

Your assets stay yours.

Your domain, your CRM, your ad accounts, your analytics, your data: all in your name, all accessible to you, all available to take with you if our relationship ends. We never lock up what's yours.

We don’t sell vanity reporting.

Every report we send tells you what changed, what it means, and what we recommend doing next, not just a dashboard screenshot with the numbers from last month. If a number doesn't lead somewhere, it doesn't belong in the report.

We won’t sell you services you don’t actually need.

If something we offer isn’t going to move your business, we’ll tell you. We'd rather earn a smaller engagement that delivers than a larger one that doesn't.

One more, plus the reasoning behind each, lives on our Why Fotizo page.

A note from the founders

We started Fotizo because we got tired of watching marketing agencies take advantage of small businesses. But more so because we love what happens when a business owner finds new life or excitement in their work.

The people behind Fotizo

Two founders. One who's lived inside the agencies he didn't want to copy. One who builds the systems most agencies never get right.

Sahen Sevilla, co-founder of Fotizo Media

Tielyr Ritnour, co-founder of Fotizo Media
Tielyr Ritnour Co-founder — Eugene, OR

Fotizo was founded by Sahen Sevilla and Tielyr Ritnour. Sahen spent eleven years inside marketing agencies (six of them running his own) and most recently led client success operations at a mid-market firm working across more than 500 small-business accounts. He started Fotizo, a small-business marketing agency in Eugene, Oregon, because he didn't want to see another small business fail that didn't need to. Tielyr comes from the systems and IT-infrastructure side of the work, the layer that makes Fotizo's Integrate promise real instead of aspirational. Together, the company is built around what they've seen the industry do badly by design, and what an agency that actually cared about small-business outcomes would do differently.

The first conversation

Tell us what you're working on. We'll respond with thoughts, not a pitch.

The first conversation is a diagnostic, not a sales call. We'll look at what's actually happening in your business and figure out together whether Fotizo is the right next step. Sometimes the answer is no. And we’ll tell you that rather than waste your time.
