Fotizo Media LLC (“Fotizo,” “we,” “us”) is a small-business marketing agency based in Eugene, Oregon. This policy explains what information we collect through fotizomedia.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect the information you choose to give us and standard site analytics, we use it to respond to you and improve the site, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. This is the only form on the site, and no information is collected from it until you choose to submit.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location by city, device and browser type, and how visitors arrive. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure also keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and performance.

Cookies. The site uses cookies for analytics and performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up by email about the conversation you started, and — if we work together — administer the engagement. We use analytics to understand what is useful on the site and what isn’t. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Email communications

When you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email and follow-up related to your inquiry. Any email beyond that conversation includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.

Who processes it

Your information is held in the systems we use to run the business: our customer-relationship platform (GoHighLevel), our email provider, our website hosting, and Google Analytics. Each processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms. Google Analytics collects usage data through cookies as described above; we do not permit any third party to collect personal information from this site for its own purposes.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold — access limited to the people who need it, reputable providers, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously.

Do Not Track and opt-out signals

Because we do not track visitors across other websites or sell personal information, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or opt-out signal to switch off, and the site does not respond to them. Analytics can be blocked entirely through your browser’s cookie settings.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept while the conversation or client relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. You may request deletion at any time — see below.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@fotizomedia.com or call (541) 972-0285 and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live (including under Oregon’s Consumer Privacy Act), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of which statute applies.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and if we learn we have done so, we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
