The site is informational

Everything on this site — including published pricing floors, service descriptions, and commitments — describes how we work and is provided in good faith. It is not a binding offer. Client engagements are governed by the individual written agreement each client signs, which is separate from these terms. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Client results described on this site, including testimonials, reflect individual experiences. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors specific to each business, and no particular result is guaranteed.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, and brand elements on this site belong to Fotizo Media LLC. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote brief excerpts with attribution. Do not republish substantial portions of the site, scrape its content, or use our name or brand in a way that implies endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. This includes attempting to breach or probe its security, submitting forms under another person’s identity, and automated scraping or abuse of the contact form.

Third-party links

The site links to outside services, such as our social profiles and Google Business Profile. Those sites have their own terms and policies, which we do not control.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
