A diagnostic precedes the work.
No engagement starts without a real understanding of your situation. The plan is built from evidence, not assumptions.
Door 2 — Ongoing partnership
Your stage, your budget, your speed. We evaluate what your marketing is actually doing, set goals for the next six to twelve months, and build the plan that gets there, then run it alongside you, month after month.
No contracts. Month-to-month. Setup costs can be spread into payments, never into a lock-in. A real number in the first conversation.
What this is
The Fotizo Method is the engagement we use when a business wants a true marketing partner over time, not a one-off build. It isn't a fixed bundle and it isn't a tier chart. The services involved, the pace, and the budget all come out of a diagnostic, so the plan fits your business instead of the other way around.
Just need one thing built: a site, a local SEO program, a campaign? That's project work, and it's a complete relationship on its own. Neither door is a funnel for the other.
How it starts
No engagement starts with a pitch. It starts with a diagnostic, and every step after it is built from what we find.
A real talk about your business, not a sales call. What you sell, who buys it, what you've tried, what's felt like a waste. If The Fotizo Method isn't the right fit, we say so here.
We look at what your marketing is actually doing today (site, search, social, ads, follow-up, reviews) and show you what's working, what isn't, and what it's costing you. Calibrated to your stage: comprehensive for established businesses, foundation-focused for newer ones.
Where should the business be in six to twelve months? Real numbers, honest constraints. Goals set the plan, not the services we happen to want to sell.
A marketing plan built to reach those goals as effectively as your monthly budget allows, with a real number attached, in this conversation, not three meetings from now. Services make the plan because they fit, not because they're on a menu.
We build, we run, we watch. Continuous monitoring — not a monthly PDF. When the data says pivot, we pivot. Strategic resets at the cadence your business actually changes.
Not a retainer
"Method" isn't branding on top of a retainer. It's the name for a specific way of working, and each piece is checkable.
01
No engagement starts without a real understanding of your situation. The plan is built from evidence, not assumptions.
02
We watch the data on an ongoing basis and surface things as we see them, not at month-end, not at renewal.
03
Every report carries the why behind the numbers and the recommendation for what to do next. If a number doesn't lead somewhere, it doesn't belong in the report.
04
The marketing mix isn't locked at signing. As we learn what's working, the plan adapts, without a renegotiation ritual.
05
Not our task count, and not proxy metrics. Rankings and traffic tell us why things moved; calls, booked work, and revenue tell us whether they did. We report the second, explain with the first, and put it in writing.
What it looks like
The Fotizo Method isn’t one-size-fits-all. Here’s how it typically takes shape at three different stages.
Under a year old
You need to exist properly online before anything can compound. A typical first-year partnership: a website built to convert, a local SEO foundation, and the basic systems so no lead slips: missed-call text-back, booking, reviews.
The goal: get found, look real, capture every lead you earn.
Established
The business works; the marketing is a fog. A typical partnership: visibility first (one connected view of what’s working), then a steady SEO and content cadence, tightened follow-up, and reporting that finally says something.
The goal: know what's working, stop the leaks, grow on purpose.
Aggressive campaigns
You're spending real money and need a partner that moves at your pace. A typical partnership: campaign management across ads and creative, landing pages built and rebuilt fast, weekly signal-reading, quick pivots.
The goal: compete with bigger spenders — without bigger waste.
Your mix will differ. That's the point: the plan comes from the diagnostic, not a menu.
What's included
Calibrated to your stage, before any work is scoped.
Across whichever services the plan calls for: site, SEO, social, ads, content, photo and video, systems.
Trends and issues surfaced as we see them, on a meaningful cadence.
Quarterly is common; the cadence flexes with how fast your business changes.
No locked-in contracts. Month-to-month, and your assets leave with you. If build costs were spread into payments, the remaining balance settles when you go. Nothing obligates you to stay.
The money conversation
The Fotizo Method flexes to your scope, stage, and speed, so a price on this page would either overcharge you or mislead you. Two things are always true: partnered work is priced below the same services bought separately (one diagnostic, one team, one connected system, less duplicated overhead), and you’ll hear a real number in the first conversation. Not a stonewall. Not a three-meeting buildup.

Who you'll talk to
When you reach out about The Fotizo Method, you get me (Sahen, a co-founder) for the diagnostic itself. Eleven years inside marketing agencies, six running my own, most recently leading client success operations across more than 500 small-business accounts. My co-founder Tielyr builds the systems side of every partnership. We'll tell you honestly which door fits, including the one that makes us less money.
Tell us what you're working onOur first ongoing partnership is live now. Its story (what we found in the diagnostic, what we built, what changed) publishes as the results mature, with the client's permission. Until then, we'd rather show you the method than claim the outcome.
Questions
A retainer sells you hours or deliverables at a monthly rate, and locks the scope at signing. The Fotizo Method starts with a diagnostic, builds the plan around your goals and budget, adapts as the data comes in, and measures success against your business goals, not our task count. If traffic is up but the phone is quiet, that's a problem we go solve — not a report we defend. And there's no contract holding it together: the work is what keeps you.
No. The partnership is month-to-month. Leave any time, and your domain, accounts, data, and everything we built go with you. One honest exception: when we reduce upfront costs by spreading a build (usually a website) into your monthly payments, that's a payment plan for work already done. Leave early and the remaining build balance is settled, but it never obligates you to keep buying marketing.
No. The plan only includes what moves your goals. If you don't need social, it's not in the plan. If you already have a site that converts, we build on it instead of replacing it.
Scope-based, set in the first conversation once we understand your stage, goals, and monthly budget. Partnered work is priced below the same services bought separately. Details on how pricing works.
Yes, and it's common. Everything we build as project work is built to slot into a connected system later: no rebuilding, no starting over.
Depends on the mix. We set honest expectations per channel in the plan. Systems work (follow-up, missed-call text-back, booking) can start capturing leads within the first few weeks. Ads can put you in front of the right people as soon as campaigns go live, then sharpen month over month. SEO and content build more slowly and compound: real movement usually shows in three to six months, and it keeps building from there. And the evaluation usually surfaces a few quick wins right away: small leaks we can fix in the first month while the longer plays take root.
The first conversation
The first conversation is the start of the diagnostic: what you sell, what you’ve tried, where you want to be in a year. If The Fotizo Method isn't the right next step, we'll tell you what is, even when it's not us.
